Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist Band 7
Location: South East London (2 sites – onsite parking available)
Duration: Until End of March 2026
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (30 mins lunch) – flexible start (e.g., 8am–4pm)
Start Date: 1st September 2025
End Date: 31st March 2026
Rate of Pay: £30 – £35 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of primary care patients. In this role, you will:
perform comprehensive patient assessments
create and implement personalised care plans
deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
maintain accurate patient records
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
a current and valid GPhC registration
completion of the CPPE Clinical Pharmacist pathway – mandatory for funding
strong EMIS experience
Independent Prescriber qualification – desirable but not essential
strong communication and interpersonal skills
the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This hybrid role requires availability Monday to Friday, with 2 days onsite and the remainder remote. The contract runs until March 2026, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
