We are seeking an experienced Community Paediatric Physiotherapist to join a friendly and supportive multidisciplinary team in South London. The role involves working with children and young people with a range of developmental, neurological, and physical needs within community and school settings.
You’ll be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, supporting families and carers, and collaborating closely with other health and education professionals.
Provide physiotherapy assessment and treatment for children and young people aged 0–19 in community settings.
Manage a varied caseload including developmental delay, neurological conditions, and complex needs.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team (OTs, SLTs, paediatricians, and educational staff).
Develop and implement care plans and contribute to EHCPs.
Offer advice, training, and support to families, schools, and carers.
Maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional and local standards.
HCPC registration as a qualified Physiotherapist.
Proven experience in paediatric physiotherapy, ideally within a community or school-based setting.
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a community caseload.
Up-to-date DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
Competitive hourly rate (£25–£27ph, depending on experience).
