We are seeking a motivated and experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to join a dynamic learning disabilities team based in Shropshire.
About the role:
Carry out comprehensive, evidence based physiotherapy assessments for clients with complex needs. Interpret clinical and non-clinical information using clinical reasoning skills to accurately inform and develop specific treatment plans, formulate client-centred physiotherapeutic goals and the physiotherapy treatment plan with the service user/carer. Provide intervention and/or recommendations for appropriate intervention for a complex caseload. Interventions will include physiotherapeutic handling, postural management, respiratory support via blended working, face to face clinic appointments, home visits and other appropriate community settings.
