We are currently seeking a Band 6 MMT Pharmacy Technician to join our team in South Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced pharmacy technician looking to contribute to high-quality patient care in a hospital setting.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. Flexible hours can be offered and open to part-time!
Pay Rate: £25 - £30 per hour
Position: Band 6 MMT Pharmacy Technician
Hospital Experience: Essential

Key Responsiblities: 

• Work as part of the pharmacy team to provide effective dispensing and clinical services. 
• Ensure the safe, efficient, and accurate preparation and supply of medicines to patients.
• Provide medication advice and support to the healthcare team, ensuring optimal use of medications.
• Assist in the management of patient medication therapy, ensuring compliance with protocols and procedures.
• Contribute to the pharmacy team's continuous improvement efforts and patient safety initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to relevant legislation, policies, and clinical guidelines.

Requirements: 

• Prior hospital experience is essential. 
• Must be a GPhC-registered Pharmacy Technician. 
• Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy services, medication dispensing, and clinical pharmacy practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
