• Job Title: Occupational Therapist (Band 6) – Neuro Rehab
• Location: Central London
• Duration: 3-month initial contract (potential to extend)
• Schedule: Full-time preferred (part-time applicants considered)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Rate of Pay: £25–£27 per hour (depending on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Working as part of a specialist Neuro Rehab team, the successful candidate will:

• Deliver high-quality assessments and interventions to patients with neurological conditions such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, and progressive neurological disorders
• Support patients in regaining functional independence through tailored rehabilitation programmes
• Conduct cognitive, functional, and ADL-based assessments in both ward and therapy environments
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including Physiotherapists, SLTs, Nurses, and Consultants
• Contribute to discharge planning and onward referral as appropriate
• Supervise junior staff and support service development initiatives where required

Requirements & Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Current and valid HCPC registration
• Prior experience in neuro rehab or working with patients with neurological impairments
• Excellent clinical reasoning, assessment, and documentation skills
• Strong team-working abilities and a patient-centered approach
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for part-time applicants. The contract is for 3 months initially, with a strong likelihood of extension.
