Band 7 Biomedical Scientist – Section Lead - Histology - West Yorkshire 

Hunter Gatherer AHP is looking for a highly experienced band 7 Biomedical Scientist to work with our client in West Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their next step in laboratory management.  The ideal candiate will have extensive experience working in a Histology lab and have a masters degree.  Previous management / section lead experience is vital with a particular focus on immunohistochemistry & immunocytochemistry 

• Job Title: Section Lead - Histology 
• Location: West Yorkshire
• Duration: 9 month contract with review for extension
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 37.5 hours per week (flexibility across 6 days)
• Start Date: ASAP start
• Rate of pay: Up to £35 per hour via an acredditied umbrella service (dependent on experience)

Requirements and qualifications required for this role:

• IBMS Accredited Degree
• Masters Degree
• Lab Management Experience
• Previosus Immunohistochemistry & Immunocytochemistry experience
• Must have full right to work in the UK 37.5 hours per week, we are unable to provide sponsorship 

Working hours and contract duration:

This position will require you to work 37.5 hrs, Monday to Friday, between 07:30 - 19:30.
