Band 7 Intermediate Care Physiotherapist– East London- £28-£30ph- ASAP

Hunter AHP have an exciting opportunity for a Physiotherapist to secure an ongoing locum contract for within a community team in East London. The caseload would be a community-based role.

You will work as part of a wider highly experienced multi-disciplinary therapy team which include occupational therapists, nurses, and assistants. 

Key responsibilities of the physiotherapist role as follows:

• To provide a high quality, evidence-based intermediate care physiotherapy service.
• To work as an independent clinical professional with well-developed knowledge and skills, problem solving, clinical reasoning and clinical expertise in specialist area.

Qualifications required:

- HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist

- Experience in Community, IMC, Acute

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

- Dedication to delivering high-quality patient care
