• Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist (Band 7/8a)
• Location: Buckinghamshire – NHS Hospital service
• Duration: 6 Months
• Schedule: Full Time (MON-FRI, 10am – 6pm) or Part Time Considered
• Start Date: ASAP, March 2025
• End Date: 6 months (with potential extension)
• Rate of Pay: £29 – £37 per hour via umbrella

What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our NHS client’s team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients in a large acute NHS Hospital. In this role, you will:

• Provide clinical pharmacy services across general and medical wards
• Conduct comprehensive medication reviews and patient assessments
• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective medication management
• Contribute to the education of healthcare staff and patients on medication-related issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous hospital experience (required)
• GPHC registration as a Clinical Pharmacist
• Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacy practice, including general and medical wards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers a flexible working position with full-time (MON-FRI, 10am – 6pm) or part-time availability considered. The contract is for 6 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
