Join our team as a Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients in a wards-based role. In this role, you will:
✔ Perform comprehensive medication reviews
✔ Provide expert advice on prescriptions and treatments
✔ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
✔ Ensure compliance with hospital medication policies
✔ Maintain accurate patient records
To be successful in this role, you will need:
✔ A current and valid GPhC registration
✔ Experience working in wards and hospital settings
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
✔ A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
This role offers a flexible locum position, requiring availability from Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM. The contract is for 3-6 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
