What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients in a GP surgery setting. In this role, you will:
perform comprehensive medication reviews and optimisation
contribute to long-term condition management
deliver evidence-based prescribing and clinical services
collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective prescribing
maintain accurate patient records using EMIS
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
completion of the CPPE Primary Care Pharmacy Education Pathway
prior GP practice experience
experience using EMIS clinical system
strong communication and interpersonal skills
the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible working position and requires availability for 2 days per week onsite in Lewisham. The contract is ongoing, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
