• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 17:00

• Rate of Pay: £27 – £37 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing

Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving patient care across rotational wards, including medical, surgical, and potentially ICU for the right candidate. In this role, you will:

• Perform comprehensive medication reviews and patient assessments
• Provide expert clinical advice to multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor and optimise medication therapy for improved patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and NHS guidelines
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid GPhC registration
• Previous hospital experience is required
• Strong clinical knowledge in medical, surgical, and potentially ICU settings
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration

This is a flexible locum role, requiring availability from Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:00. The contract is ongoing, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
