Hunter AHP have a locum opportunity with a Preston hospital. The ultrasound service are looking for a Band 7 Sonographer to join on a fulltime basis and the contract is for a minimum of 6 months! The post holder is expected to have experience of general ultrasound including obstetrics and MSK scanning. The post holders will also help conduct comprehensive ultrasound examinations and provide accurate reports on this to their team manager. The role involves training/supervision of junior sonographers and assistant staff; the post holder will be responsible for effective management of daily workflow & ensure confidentiality of patient records. 

PLEASE NOTE: Applicants must have a recognised Ultrasound post grad qualification in relevant areas of practice.
