Are you a Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist looking for a rewarding locum role in South Wales? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!
Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of hospital patients. In this role, you will:
✔ Perform comprehensive medication reviews and ward-based clinical assessments
✔ Support patient care by advising on appropriate medication therapies
✔ Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to optimize treatment plans
✔ Ensure the safe and effective use of medicines in line with NHS protocols
✔ Maintain accurate records and contribute to high standards of patient care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
✔ A current and valid GPhC registration
✔ Prior hospital ward experience (essential)
✔ Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
✔ The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
✔ A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
This flexible locum role requires availability from Monday to Friday, with 3, 4, or 5-day work options. The contract is for 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
