Position: Band 6 Pharmacist
Location: Cambridgeshire
Contract Type: Temporary (3-6 months)
Hours: Full-time, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 30 minutes lunch
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Band 6 Pharmacist to join our dynamic NHS team in Cambridgeshire. This temporary position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in dispensary work, providing essential pharmaceutical services to patients within a busy healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispensing prescriptions in a busy dispensary environment
• Providing advice on medications to patients and healthcare professionals
• Ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective use of medications
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medication records
• Supporting pharmacy services and contributing to patient care

Essential Requirements:

• Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
• Previous experience in a hospital or dispensary setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team

Additional Information:

• £23-£25 per hour
• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM working hours
• Immediate start, with a contract duration of 3 to 6 months
