• Contract Duration: 3-6 months
• Hourly Rate: £28ph - £35ph (dependent on experience)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Area of Work: Medical and Surgical Wards

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with medical teams to ensure safe and effective use of medications
• Review patient medication records and provide clinical advice
• Dispense and check prescriptions for accuracy and safety
• Provide support in medication management across medical and surgical wards

Requirements:

• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
• Previous experience in hospital pharmacy settings (preferably in medical and surgical wards)
• Excellent communication and clinical skills
• Working hours of 9am-5pm with 30 minutes for lunch
