- Job Title: Locum Pharmacist (Band 7/8a)
- Location: NHS Hospital, Central London
- Duration: 6-9 Month Contract
- Schedule: 5 days a week, 9am-5:30pm, 1-hour lunch break
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: 6-9 months
- Rate of Pay: £28-£38 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Locum Pharmacist and play a key role in improving patient care within the NHS hospital. In this role, you will:
- Work across both surgical and medical wards
- Provide expert clinical pharmacy services to patients
- Participate in medicines management and clinical decision-making
- Work in the dispensary, ensuring accurate and timely medication dispensing
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and effective patient care
- Ensure compliance with NHS protocols and guidelines in all pharmaceutical activities
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current and valid GPhC registration
- Hospital pharmacy experience, particularly in a clinical setting
- Strong clinical knowledge in surgical and medical wards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role requires availability for 5 days a week, working from 9am-5:30pm with a 1-hour lunch break. The contract is for a duration of 6-9 months, with a potential extension based on performance and service needs.
