What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Pharmacy Manager and play a key role in improving the lives of patients through quality pharmacy services. In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage a team within the dispensary
  • Ensure smooth operation and adherence to operating procedures
  • Oversee drug order patterns, inventory management, and drug claims
  • Maintain high standards of patient care and service delivery
  • Provide leadership and support for the pharmacy team

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a dispenser with some management experience in a pharmacy setting
  • Good knowledge of drugs, order patterns, and dispensary operating procedures
  • Experience with drug claims (desirable but not essential)
  • GP dispensing experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality service
