Position: Prison Pharmacy Technician
Location: Manchester
Schedule: 3 days per week on a flexible rota
Hourly Rate: £18 - £23 (paid via umbrella)
Contract: 3-month contract, immediate start available
Hunter AHP is seeking an experienced and compassionate Pharmacy Technician to join a prison healthcare team in Manchester. Role Responsibilities
- Administer medications and provide vital pharmacy services directly on the prison wings.
- Work closely with healthcare staff to ensure medication is handled safely and stored securely.
- Offer guidance on prescriptions, stock management, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with both patients and colleagues on the wings, ensuring clear understanding of treatment plans.
