What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients in gynaecology wards, care of the elderly, and rehab wards. In this role, you will:
✔ Perform comprehensive patient medication reviews
✔ Provide expert clinical advice to healthcare teams
✔ Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
✔ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
✔ Maintain accurate patient records and ensure medication safety
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
✔ A current and valid GPhC registration
✔ Prior ward-based experience in a hospital setting
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
✔ A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
