What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Community Neuro Rehab Occupational Therapist, you’ll be working with individuals with neurological conditions such as stroke, brain injury, Parkinson’s disease, and multiple sclerosis. Your role will focus on promoting independence and improving the quality of life for patients in the community.
Key responsibilities include:

Conducting comprehensive patient assessments

Creating and implementing personalized rehab care plans

Delivering evidence-based treatments to enhance physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care

Providing education and support to families and carers

Maintaining accurate patient records
Requirements & Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

A current and valid HCPC registration

Experience working with neurological conditions (desirable but not essential)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
