Trainee Recruitment Consultant – (Entry level preferred but not essential)
Location – Shoreditch, London (5-minute walk from Old Street Station and Liverpool Street Station)
Salary – £18,000 – £25,000 (Uncapped commission, OTE £50,000)

With 32 current employees, we are set to double in size over the next 12 months, with international expansion also in our sights. The type of healthcare professionals we recruit are Pharmacists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, CBT Therapists, Mental Health & Community Nurses, Occupational Therapists, all of which are thriving sectors, even more so after the challenges of 2020.
A Hunter Gatherer recruitment consultant will work within in a team, focusing on one sector in the healthcare field. They work closely with both candidates and clients, building long lasting, professional relationships, with an end goal to position the best talent into relevant roles resulting to a tangible impact in the UK health sector. This means carrying out day to day tasks such as:
• Advertising jobs on job and social media sites
• Searching for candidates on our database
• Utilising job boards – networking
• Speaking on the phone with candidates and clients, building a rapport with both
