We’re working with a private hospital in Berkshire to appoint an experienced Oncology & Haematology Pharmacist on a locum basis. This is a hands-on clinical role within a specialist setting, offering competitive rates and the chance to extend beyond the initial 3-month term.

• Location: Berkshire (free parking on site)
• Setting: Private Hospital

• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm (30-minute lunch)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Rate of Pay: £35 – £43 per hour (Umbrella) depending on experience

Clinical screening of oncology and haematology prescriptions
Release checking chemotherapy and supportive therapies
Ordering and stock management of oncology medicines
Taking drug histories for new patients
Working closely with the multidisciplinary clinical team
Supporting medicines governance and safe patient flow within oncology/haematology services
Current General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registration
Proven experience in oncology and/or haematology pharmacy practice
Competent in clinical screening and release checking
Excellent attention to detail with a patient-centred approach
Confident working on-site in a specialist clinical unit
This is a full-time on-site role, Monday to Friday, for an initial 3-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension depending on service needs.
