Band 6 Frailty Community Physiotherapist:
Hunter AHP have an opportunity for an experienced Band 6 Frailty Communtiy physiotherapist to secure a 3 month locum contract. Band 6 Frailty Community Physiotherapists work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary therapy team with excellent facilities.
Key responsibilities of the Band 6 Frailty Community Physiotherapy role as follows:
- Formulation of treatment plans for re-ablement.
- Visits required on patient discharge.

- Experience in Community and Neuro desirable but not essentiial.

- Full time
- Band 6 equivalent
- Rates: £24-£25ph
