This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of £25-26, with the flexibility to consider part-time arrangements for the ideal candidate. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessments and treatments for patients in an acute inpatient setting.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide effective, patient-centred care.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to support patients in their rehabilitation and recovery.
• Manage a caseload of patients with a variety of conditions, including post-surgery recovery, trauma, and general acute illnesses.
• Participate in discharge planning and provide ongoing support to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all relevant professional standards and regulations.
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives and team development.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a valid HCPC registration as a physiotherapist.
• Have proven experience in an acute inpatient physiotherapy setting, with a solid understanding of managing complex cases.
• Possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.
• Be adaptable, proactive, and able to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
