About the Role:
Hunter AHP are currently seeking an experienced Locum Clinical Pharmacist to join a reputable NHS hospital in Leicester. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical services across various wards. The role is flexible, with options to work 3, 4, or 5 days per week to suit your availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispensing and checking prescriptions for inpatients.
• Conducting clinical ward rounds, liaising with healthcare teams to ensure optimal pharmacological care for patients.
• Providing advice and expertise on medication management.
• Contributing to the safe, effective, and efficient use of medicines across hospital wards.
• Managing and reviewing medication therapies for patients with various conditions.

Requirements:

• Previous clinical pharmacy experience, particularly in hospital ward settings, is essential.
• GPhC registration.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
