We are seeking a highly skilled Oncology Pharmacist (Band 7/8a) to join our hospital based client London. If you have experience in oncology pharmacy and are passionate about patient care, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:
As an Oncology Pharmacist, you will play a key role in the safe and effective use of chemotherapy and other cancer-related medications. Your responsibilities will include:

• Dispensing and reviewing chemotherapy prescriptions to ensure accuracy, safety, and efficacy.
• Providing expert clinical advice on the use of oncology medications to healthcare teams and patients.
• Conducting medication reviews and ensuring medication safety for cancer patients.
• Monitoring drug interactions, side effects, and providing recommendations for symptom management.
• Working alongside multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care and treatment plans.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements for oncology pharmacy services.

What we need from you:

• Registered Pharmacist with the GPhC
• Proven experience working in oncology pharmacy
• Excellent knowledge of oncology medications, chemotherapy regimens, and related therapies
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to manage a busy workload and provide expert advice in a clinical setting
