Are you an experienced Independent Prescribing (IP) Pharmacist looking for a flexible opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated Remote Pharmacist IP to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical consultations and medication management.
• Conduct remote assessments and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements:

• GPhC registration and Independent Prescriber qualification.
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
