Social Services – Occupational therapist – Moving and Handling – Cheshire - £32ph!

Hunter AHP have an exciting opportunity for an experienced social services occupational therapist to secure a locum contract within a reablement team in Cheshire. You need experience within moving and handling.

You will work as part of a wider highly experienced multi-disciplinary therapy team which include occupational therapists, nurses, and assistants. 

Key responsibilities of the occupational therapist role as follows:

• To provide a high quality, evidence based occupational therapy service.
• Collaborating with Reablement teams and care providers to review and reduce care packages, ensuring appropriate levels of care are provided.
• To work as an independent clinical professional with well-developed knowledge and skills, problem solving, clinical reasoning and clinical expertise in specialist area.
