Hourly Rate: £17 – £20 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch break)

About the Role:
We are seeking a Band 5 Pharmacy Technician for a locum position within an NHS hospital in Bedfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive pharmacy team on a 3 to 6-month contract, with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications and ensure accurate preparation of prescriptions.
• Support the pharmacy team in the day-to-day operations of the hospital pharmacy.
• Provide expert advice on medication management to healthcare professionals.
• Contribute to stock management and inventory control.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:

• ACT Accreditation is essential.
• Hospital pharmacy experience is preferable but not mandatory.
• GPhC registration is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
