To be considered for this role, you should have:
GPhC registration (essential)
Experience working in a hospital setting (Band 7 or 8a level)
Knowledge of NHS prescribing and clinical pharmacy services
Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
