Join our team as a Tier 4 Acute Diabetic Foot Podiatrist and play a key role in improving the lives of Tier 4 service users. In this role, you will:
• Perform comprehensive assessments and treatments for patients with acute diabetic foot conditions
• Develop and implement personalised care plans
• Provide evidence-based interventions to optimise patient outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A current and valid HCPC registration
• Experience working with Tier 4 service users in an acute diabetic foot setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
This role offers a full-time working position requiring availability from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, totalling 30 hours per week. The contract is ongoing with no end date, starting with a 3-month initial contract and strong potential for indefinite extension.
