Rate of Pay: £27-£38 per hour (via umbrella)

Join a dynamic and supportive team in a well-established private hospital, where your expertise will directly impact patient care. In this ward-based role, you will:
Provide high-quality clinical pharmacy services across medical and surgical wards.
Collaborate closely with medical and nursing teams to optimise medication management.
Ensure medicines are prescribed, dispensed, and administered safely.
Offer expert guidance on drug interactions, side effects, and best practices.
Conduct medication reviews and participate in ward rounds to enhance patient outcomes.
Stay updated on current hospital pharmacy procedures and industry standards.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
A valid GPhC registration.
Previous experience in a hospital setting, ideally covering medical and surgical wards.
Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
This is a full-time locum position requiring availability Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, with a 30-minute break each day. There is no weekend or on-call work. The contract is ongoing, with the potential for extension based on performance and service needs.
