• Job Title: Specialist Rheumatology Pharmacist (Band 7/8a)
• Location: NHS Hospital, London
• Duration: 6 months minimum (ongoing contract)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute break)
• Start Date: April/May
• Rate of Pay: £27-£37 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our client’s team as a Specialist Rheumatology Pharmacist in an NHS hospital and play a key role in improving the lives of patients with rheumatological conditions. In this role, you will:
• Perform comprehensive medication reviews for rheumatology patients
• Provide expert advice on complex medication regimens
• Ensure safe and effective use of immunosuppressants and biologics
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A current and valid GPhC registration
• Experience working with rheumatology patients and specialist medications
• Strong clinical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role requires availability from Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM, with flexibility where possible. The contract is for a minimum of 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
