Job Title: Dispensary Pharmacist or ACT Pharmacy Technician (Band 6)
Location: Sussex, NHS Hospital
Duration: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00 (1-hour break)
Start Date: May Start
End Date: Ongoing
Rate of Pay: £22–£26 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our client’s team as a Dispensary Pharmacist/ACT and play a key role in supporting the hospital’s dispensary operations. In this role, you will:
Perform clinical accuracy checks on prescriptions
Support the dispensary team in day-to-day duties
Ensure safe and efficient processing of medicines
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate and compliant patient records
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A current and valid GPhC registration (or ACT qualification for technicians)
Previous hospital dispensary experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
The ability to work independently within a busy dispensary
A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00 with a 1-hour break. The contract is ongoing, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
