Hunter AHP Resourcing is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Locum Clinical MMT Pharmacy Technician to join a dedicated pharmacy team at an NHS hospital in Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a clinical setting and make a valuable contribution to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Medicines Management Team (MMT) in ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines across the hospital
• Undertake clinical screening and medicines reconciliation
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
• Accurately dispense prescriptions and provide medicines advice to patients and staff
• Contribute to the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services within the hospital setting

Requirements:

• Must be a qualified Pharmacy Technician, registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
• Previous experience working in an NHS hospital setting (clinical MMT experience preferred)
• Full-time availability (Monday to Friday)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
