Locum Pharmacy Assistant – NHS Hospital, South Yorkshire

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Ongoing
Hourly Rate: £15 – £16 DOE
Hunter AHP are looking for a qualified Pharmacy Assistant to join a busy NHS hospital pharmacy team in South Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term locum role in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Duties May Include:
-Assisting with stock management and medication distribution
– Supporting the dispensary and/or stores
– Processing orders and deliveries
– Maintaining accurate records and supporting pharmacy operations
*Essential Requirement:
NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent) – applicants without this qualification will not be considered
✅ What We’re Looking For:
✔️ NVQ2-qualified Pharmacy Assistant
✔️ Previous NHS or community pharmacy experience preferred
✔️ Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to start ASAP
✔️ Monday – Friday availability, 9am – 5pm
