Join our team as a Band 5 Occupational Therapist and play a key role in supporting patients within the Cardiology and Respiratory service. In this role, you will:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments
Create and implement personalised discharge plans
Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise recovery and independence
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care delivery
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
HCPC registration (Health Care Professions Council)
Previous experience working at Band 5 level
Strong discharge planning and pathway knowledge
Essential: Experience in Cardiology/Respiratory services
Excellent communication and team-working skills
