Job Title: Occupational Therapist (Band 6)

Duration: Ongoing contract
Schedule: Full-time or part-time (flexible working available)

End Date: Ongoing (possibility of extension)
Rate of Pay: £24–£26 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our supportive community stroke and neuro rehab team and help improve the quality of life for patients recovering from neurological conditions. In this role, you will:
Perform comprehensive functional assessments
Create and implement personalised rehabilitation plans
Deliver evidence-based interventions in a community setting
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (PTs, SLTs, nurses, etc.)
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
Current and valid HCPC registration
Experience working with stroke and/or neurorehabilitation patients
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team
Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This is a flexible role offering full-time or part-time hours across Monday to Friday. The initial contract is ongoing, with a strong potential for extension based on service needs and performance.
