What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Locum Pharmacist IP and play a key role in supporting patients within a GP surgery setting. In this role, you will:
perform comprehensive patient assessments
create and implement personalised care plans
deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
maintain accurate patient records
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
current and valid GPhC registration
Independent Prescriber (IP) qualification
EMIS access pre-installed on your own laptop (essential)
experience in primary care or a similar clinical setting
excellent communication and remote working skills
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This fully remote role runs Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm with a 30-minute lunch break. The initial contract is for 3 months, with strong potential for extension.
