Join our team as an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist and play a key role in delivering quality care within a busy GP surgery setting. In this role, you will:
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Create and implement personalised care plans
• Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
• Maintain accurate patient records
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A current and valid GPhC registration as an Independent Prescriber
• Experience using EMIS and SystemOne in a primary care setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• A commitment to high standards of patient care
This full-time role requires availability Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch. The initial contract runs for 3–6 months, with a high chance of extension depending on service needs.
