Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (1-hour lunch)

Rate of Pay: £35–£40 per hour

Join our team as an Independent Prescriber Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients in a busy GP surgery setting. In this role, you will:
Perform comprehensive medication reviews
Screen and check prescriptions
Support prescribing and optimise medication use
Collaborate with GPs and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A current and valid GPhC registration
IP qualification (Independent Prescriber)
Experience in a GP surgery or primary care setting
Strong clinical, communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm with a 1-hour lunch break. The initial contract is 3 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
