• Job Title: GP Pharmacist
• Location: Fully Remote (UK-based)
• Duration: Ongoing
• Schedule: 4 or 5 days per week – Mornings (8:30–12:30 or 9:00–13:00) 6 months contract!
• Start Date: 26th August 2025 or 1st September 2025
• Rate of Pay: £30 – £35 per hour (via LTD company)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our GP client’s team as a remote GP Pharmacist and play a vital role in supporting primary care services. In this role, you will:
conduct structured medication reviews
sign prescriptions in a timely manner
manage clinical admin, including discharge summaries
ensure safe and effective use of medicines
liaise with GP teams for coordinated care
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
current GPhC registration
experience working in a GP surgery or primary care setting
strong working knowledge of EMIS Web
excellent communication and clinical skills
ability to work independently in a remote setup
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This is a flexible, remote working role requiring availability for morning sessions, ideally 4 or 5 days per week. Ongoing contract with long-term potential.
