What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as an ACT Pharmacy Technician and play a key role in improving the lives of hospital inpatients. In this role, you will:
perform final accuracy checking of dispensed items in accordance with national standards
support clinical pharmacy services on the ward and in the dispensary
assist in stock management and ensure availability of medicines
collaborate with pharmacists and other staff to ensure timely delivery of medication
maintain accurate records in line with trust policies
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
a current and valid GPhC registration
ACT qualification and NHS hospital experience
strong communication and interpersonal skills
the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible working position requiring availability from Monday to Friday, with full-time hours (9am–5pm). The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
