Job Title: Specialist Pharmacist
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (shifts between 8am–4:30pm or 10am–6:30pm on a rota)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £44,000 – £48,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Act as Responsible Pharmacist on a rota
Clinically check prescriptions across specialist areas including oncology, immunotherapy, and rare diseases
Support continuous improvement initiatives, audits, and SOP development
Manage homecare prescription screening and patient queries
Assist with regulatory and quality-related projects, including clinical trials and early access schemes
Collaborate with NHS and industry stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need:
GPhC registration as a Pharmacist
Previous experience as a registered or pre-reg Pharmacist
An interest in process improvement and innovation
Willingness to work outside of traditional pharmacy duties
Oncology experience or project work (desirable, not essential)
Strong communication and decision-making skills
Unique, non-patient facing role in the pharmaceutical sector
Excellent starting salary plus bonus scheme
