Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience in an acute hospital setting
Expertise in neurological conditions including:
Stroke
Parkinson’s Disease
Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)
Rehabilitation
Dysphagia trained (essential)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver patient care to meet departmental productivity standards
Complete comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
Provide specific therapeutic interventions based on clinical needs
Supervise assistants, aides, and students, ensuring delegated tasks follow written treatment plans
Monitor and evaluate treatment effectiveness; liaise with the wider clinical team
Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation and clinical records
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and discharge planning
Track both direct and indirect therapy hours accurately
