Schedule: Full Time – Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP
Rate of Pay: £35–£36 per hour (DOE)

Join our team as an Occupational Therapist in South London Social Services and play a key role in improving the lives of adults and children across the community. In this role, you will:
Carry out complex assessments of adults and paediatric clients
Provide moving and handling assessments and interventions
Prescribe and recommend equipment to support independence
Manage major and minor adaptations to homes and environments
Complete seating assessments and recommendations
Work collaboratively with community and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain clear and accurate patient and service user records
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A current and valid HCPC registration
Experience working in social services/community settings with both adults and paediatrics
Knowledge of moving & handling, equipment provision, and home adaptations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
This is a full-time locum role, Monday to Friday (36 hours per week). The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
