Experience Required:
Opiate substitution therapy
Awareness of Blood Borne Viruses (BBVs) and treatment pathways
Needle Syringe Programmes (NSP)
Detox/Rehab pathways
Ability to competently run your own clinic after induction
Duration: 3 months ongoing
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: TBC
Rate of Pay: £28.00 – £31.00 per hour
A Day in the Life:
You’ll play a vital role in supporting service users through prescribing and managing treatment plans, delivering safe and effective care in line with best practice. After induction, you’ll be running your own clinics, ensuring a smooth patient journey through harm reduction, detox, and rehabilitation pathways.
Requirements:
Qualified NMP with proven substance misuse experience
Confidence working independently post-induction
Strong knowledge of opiate substitution and harm reduction approaches
