Locum District Nurse – GP Surgery (Liverpool area)

This is a fantastic chance to make a real impact in primary care, supporting patients with long-term conditions in a friendly, well-supported environment.

Role: Band 6 District Nurse – GP Surgery
Location: Near Liverpool
Duration: 3 months ongoing
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Full-time or Part-time)
Rate of Pay: £26.00 – £28.00 per hour
Setting: GP Surgery / Primary Care
Experience Required: Must have experience managing long-term conditions
A day in the life:
You’ll work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality nursing care to patients with complex needs. Duties include managing long-term conditions, medication reviews, wound care, and supporting health promotion initiatives.
Requirements:
✅ NMC registration (Adult Nursing)
✅ Proven experience as a District Nurse or within Primary Care
✅ Confident managing long-term conditions
✅ Up-to-date compliance and right to work in the UK
