GP Clinical Pharmacist – Cornwall – System1 Practice – November Start
Via Hunter AHP

Hunter AHP have an exciting opportunity for an experienced GP Clinical Pharmacist to join a friendly, supportive GP surgery based in Cornwall.

Start Date: November 2025
Contract: Ongoing until March 2026
Hours: Full-time (5 days per week) – flexible working available to suit your needs (e.g. 10am–2pm for childcare, etc.)
System: System1
Pay: £28–£33 per hour (dependent on experience)
Payments: Weekly every Friday into LTD company

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting medication reviews and re-authorisations

  • Supporting medicines management within the practice

  • Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to optimise patient care

Requirements:

  • Registered Clinical Pharmacist with GPhC

  • Previous primary care experience

  • Confident using System1
