• Job Title: Locum Pharmacist – Independent Prescriber
• Location: East London GP Surgery
• Duration: Up to 6 months (long-term role)
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday – On-site. 10am – 6pm (30 mins lunch)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our client’s GP surgery team as an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist and play a key role in patient care. In this role, you will:
Conduct medication reviews (face-to-face and some telephone consultations)
Prescribe as an Independent Prescriber
Respond to patient and admin team enquiries
Manage appointments efficiently, seeing approximately 4 patients per hour (15–20 minutes per patient)
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Independent Prescriber (IP) qualification
Experience working in GP surgery or primary care pharmacy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and on-site in East London
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
On-site, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Long-term locum contract, up to 6 months
